Descriptif du poste

As a Partnership Manager at Wecandoo, you will be in charge of identifying growth opportunities, and develop a profitable Business Unit in all our geographies (France, Belgium, Netherlands, UK).

You will be part of the Performance Team at Wecandoo, within the Marketing Team.The Performance Team is a team of 5 people, in charge of managing all the revenue streams of Wecandoo (B2C and B2B).

Your missions will be:

  1. Manage existing sales partnerships across 4 verticals:

    • B2C affiliation: Work closely with our B2C partners to ensure effective affiliation strategies that drive customer engagement and growth.

    • B2B2C distribution: Maintain and enhance relationships with major partners such as Nature & Découverte, Les Raffineurs, Fnac, etc., to ensure maximum reach and business growth.

    • Employee benefits platforms promotion: Promote our offerings on employee benefits platforms such as Glady, Bimpli, Swile, etc., and manage these relationships to ensure a steady flow of business.

    • Selling Gift Cards to companies: create a fully automated inbound funnel to sell gift cards directly to companies, and handle the commercial partnerships.

    • Strategy: building the Business Plan for the B2B revenues.

    • Day to day operations: ensure the tracking of invoices, the availability of stocks, and the visibility of Wecandoo brand with our partners

    • Drive revenue growth with all our partners

  2. Develop the business unit:

    • Sales Business development: Actively seek out and secure new partners across the 4 verticals, with a view to expanding our reach and growing our business. Being able to identify the relevant partners across all our geographies.

    • Project management and innovation: Take the lead on new projects such as the development of an API and the creation of offers. Drive these initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with our business goals and deliver value to our partners.

    • Growth & Profitability: your main goal will be to create and develop and profitable Business Unit in the company.

  3. Align all internal teams in communication with partners:

    • Align commercial discourses: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and effective commercial discourse across all partner interactions.

    • Training and rountines: You will be the point of reference for all partnerships. You’ll be in charge of tool adoptions, and cross-team processes.

  4. Data & reporting

    • Track all revenu channels

    • Understand our biggest growth drivers

    • Create dashboards (Hubspot, Datastudio)


Profil recherché

  • Entrepreneurship spirit: We want someone who isn’t afraid to take the initiative, who can identify opportunities for growth and drive projects from start to finish. This job is a new role at Wecandoo, and we need someone willing to create a true business unit out of it.

  • Sales and Commercial Dominance: We’re looking for someone with a strong sales profile and a knack for commercial negotiation. You should be comfortable dealing with partners at various levels and be adept at driving growth.

  • Growth knowledge: being able to create an automated inbound funnel and identify business opportunities.

  • International Profile: Proficiency in English and work experience in English is a must, as we work with international partners. Additional languages would be a bonus.

  • Experience: You should minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a fast-growing company, or a startup. Experience in partnership management would be a significant advantage.

  • Craft savvy: you should show an interest to Wecandoo’s core business and activities.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1 interview (30min) with the Performance Manager of Wecandoo (who will be your direct manager)

  • 1 case study to test your ability to find and convince new lead

  • 1 restitution + 1 sales simulation with the co-fonder of Wecandoo
