As Payment Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for conducting AD HOC analysis on the payment and fraud performance of Back Market globally, help the team for projects by providing rigor analysis and automate internal processes. This role also involves monitoring our payment metrics, assisting with reporting and benchmarking best practices.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on the payment and fraud performance,  build dashboards regarding performance metrics.
  • Help building several processes to automate the payment process
  • Participate in the construction of new products & services on the platform and support the technical team in charge of payment to successfully implement them (Card payment optimization, alternative payment methods, etc).
  • Monitor and report our payment metrics: performance, adoption, costs.
  • Benchmark best practices of current and future markets regarding local payment methods, and consumer buying habits.
  • You’re At The Right Place If:

  • Looking for a 6-month internship from July to December 2024
  • English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
  • You have a first experience in e-commerce, ideally, you already know the world of payment.
  • You are familiar with numbers and have a perfect command of SQL, Excel, Tableau or any Data Visualization tool. 
  • You are a Swiss Army knife and you are not afraid to manage several tasks at the same time.
