About you

We're seeking a full-time Senior Product marketing Manager to join us and help up to make a significant impact!
Mission
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, your role is to help the whole company know better its audience, its needs and transform this into an efficient positioning and key messages to build an impactful marketing of our product and features.
Key Results
Within 3 months, you will:
Have a deep understanding of our audience, customers (thanks to interviews or listening calls) and market
Have tested extensively our products to know all our features differentiators in the market
Determine the products’ key benefits for our target audience in order to create an efficient positioning and messaging framework
Have participated in several product launches planning and execution with our marketing and product teams
Produce strategic marketing briefing to fuel high-impact content marketing initiatives
Create our first collateral and documents to enable our marketing and sales teams
Collaborated with key members of our customer and product management teams
Within 6 months, you will:
Build a competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against the competition
Build a 6-months plan to lead our future product’s go-to-market strategy
Fully understand our internal organisation and be able to collaborate cross-functionally
Contribute to our strategic marketing playbook and create relevant go-to-market strategies for specific customer segments
Run more customer interviews to understand their pains and needs fully
Influence product development through well-defined market requirements
Build key resources at the crossing of Product marketing, Content marketing and Sales & Customer Support
Within 12 months, you will:
Have become a leading voice on the market and are intimately familiar with market trends, customer demand, competition and partner dynamics
Have successfully launched key new features and products
Built several new engines for our GTM motion
Define the market opportunity for a product; perform segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segments with the highest propensity to buy
Develop partner marketing strategy and customer marketing strategy based on business objectives
Build a best-in-class ambassador program with our top customers

Preferred experience
Must have (Please do not apply if you do not possess all of these skills)
Fluent French and/or English speaker
5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, with drive and leadership
Strong business acumen
Solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms
Good knowledge of the marketing mix
Able to collaborate closely with marketing, product and sales teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to broad audiences in simple, compelling French and English
Focused more on doing version thinking
Humble and Curious
Nice to have
Located in Paris
Familiarity with B2B sales & cold emailing is a strong plus
Familiarity with lempire products, especially lemlist
Have Growth/Marketing or Product experience
Very good organizational capacities
